Method

Grilling Shrimp

    Prepare the Shrimp

    In a bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until shrimp are evenly coated.

    Preheat the Grill

    Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

    Grill the Shrimp

    Thread the shrimp onto skewers and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from grill and set aside.

Making Sauces

    Prepare the Spicy Cocktail Sauce

    In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and salt to taste. Adjust seasoning as desired.

    Prepare the Lemon-Caper Aioli

    In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped capers, minced garlic, and salt to taste. Mix well until smooth.

Serving

    Serve the Dish

    Arrange the grilled shrimp on a serving platter and serve with both the spicy cocktail sauce and lemon-caper aioli on the side.
