In a bowl, combine mixed olives, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Marinate

Let the olives marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature to allow the flavors to meld.

    Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, and fresh basil.

  2. 4

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the salad, season with salt and black pepper, and toss gently to combine.

Roasted Bell Peppers

  1. 5

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 6

    Prepare Peppers

In a baking dish, toss sliced bell peppers with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until softened and slightly charred.

Grilled Bread

  1. 8

    Brush Bread

Brush the sliced bread with olive oil on both sides.

  2. 9

    Grill
