In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Mix well until sugar is dissolved.

In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
