Shrimp Preparation

Marinate the Shrimp
In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, paprika, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated with the marinade.

Chill the Shrimp
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to enhance the flavor.

Cook the Shrimp
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink.

Flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until fully cooked and opaque. Remove from heat.

Prepare the Salsa
In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, fresh cilantro, minced jalapeño, lime juice, and salt. Mix well to combine.
Assembling Tacos

Warm Tortillas
Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet over low heat or microwave them for a few seconds until pliable.

To assemble each taco, place a few shrimp in the center of a tortilla, top with a generous spoonful of salsa, and fold the tortilla over.
