Method
Preparation
- 1
Marinate the Pork
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper. Add the pork tenderloin and ensure it is well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or overnight for more flavor).
- 2
Prepare the Vegetables
While the pork is marinating, wash and slice the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Chop the green onions and set aside.
Cooking
- 3
Sear the Pork
In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Remove the pork from the marinade (reserve the marinade for later use) and sear it on all sides until browned, about 5 minutes.

- 5
Add the Sauce
Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet with the vegetables. Bring to a simmer and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- 6
Thicken the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to create a slurry. Gradually add this slurry to the skillet, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
- 7
Finish the Pork
Slice the seared pork tenderloin into medallions and return it to the skillet. Mix everything together and allow it to cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- 8
Serve
Drizzle sesame oil over the finished dish, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve over cooked rice.
