    Prep the Marinade

    In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, fresh dill, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

    Marinate the Salmon

    Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the salmon is evenly coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

    Preheat the Grill

    Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

    Grill the Salmon

    Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.

    Serve

    Remove the salmon from the grill. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with additional lemon wedges if desired.
