Cook the Noodles
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the Lo Mein noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water until well combined. Set aside.

Chop the Vegetables
Slice the bell pepper, carrots, and green onions. Set aside.

Cook the Proteins
In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken breast slices and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Stir-fry Shrimp and Pork
In the same skillet, add shrimp and pork. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and pork is cooked through. Remove and set aside with the chicken.

Combine Everything
Return the cooked chicken, shrimp, and pork to the pan with the vegetables. Pour the prepared sauce over the mixture and toss to coat everything evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.

Add Noodles
Add the drained Lo Mein noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined and heated through. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve warm.
