Prepare the Proteins
Dice the chicken breast and pork loin into small bite-sized pieces. Season with a little salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix the shrimp, diced chicken, and pork together.

Prepare the Vegetables
Chop the green onions, dice the bell pepper, and grate the carrots. Rinse the bean sprouts thoroughly and set aside.

Mix the Eggs
In a large bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well combined. Set aside.

Cook the Proteins
In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and pork mixture, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Add the shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until shrimp turns pink. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add the green onions, bell pepper, carrots, and bean sprouts, sautéing for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.

Add the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch with a few tablespoons of water to create a smooth sauce. Pour this sauce over the egg-vegetable-protein mixture, stirring gently to coat everything evenly.
