Nachos (spicy) Recipe

Cook the Meat
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef or chicken, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Prepare the Nachos
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). On a large baking sheet, spread out half of the tortilla chips. Top with half of the cooked meat, half of the black beans, half of the chile sauce, and half of the shredded cheese.
Layer and Bake
Repeat the layers with the remaining tortilla chips, meat, beans, chile sauce, and cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven and top with pico de gallo, sliced jalapeños, and dollops of sour cream. Serve immediately and enjoy!
