Noodle Preparation

1. Cook Noodles

In a large pot, bring 1 litre of water to a boil. Add 200g of egg noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually around 5-7 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauce Preparation

2. Mix Sauce

In a small bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Stir well to mix all ingredients evenly.

Vegetable Preparation

3. Chop Vegetables

While the noodles are cooking, chop 100g of bok choy, slice 1 medium carrot thinly, and chop 2 stalks of green onions. Set aside.

Protein Preparation

4. Cook Chicken

In a skillet over medium heat, add a teaspoon of oil. Once hot, add 200g of diced chicken breast. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink. Remove from heat.

Combine and Serve

5. Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, cooked chicken, chopped vegetables, and the prepared sauce. Toss everything together until well coated.

6. Serve

Divide the noodle mixture into bowls and garnish with additional chopped green onions if desired. Serve hot.
