Prepare the Tea

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 4 tablespoons of Thai tea leaves. Let the tea steep for about 10-15 minutes to achieve a strong flavor.

After steeping, strain the tea into a pitcher using a fine mesh strainer to remove the tea leaves. Stir in 1 tablespoon of sugar until dissolved.
Prepare the Milk Mixture

Combine Milks
In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk and 3 tablespoons of evaporated milk until well combined. Set aside.
Assemble the Drink

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, leaving some space at the top for the tea and milk mixture.
