Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef

Season the beef sirloin with lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Beef

Preheat the grill over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated beef for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the beef is resting, thinly slice the red onion, cucumber, and green onion. Chop the fresh mint leaves.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Salad

On a large serving platter, create a bed of lettuce and shredded cabbage. Top with the sliced beef, red onion, cucumber, green onion, and fresh mint. Sprinkle roasted ground rice over the top.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve immediately with additional lime wedges if desired.
