Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Chop all the vegetables and slice the meat into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Sauté Onions

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.

  3. 3

    Cook the Meat

Add the chicken (or choice of meat) to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.

  4. 4

    Add Curry Paste

Stir in the house special curry paste and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

  5. 5

    Incorporate Coconut Milk

Pour in the coconut milk and stir well to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

  6. 6

    Add Vegetables

Add the zucchini, green beans, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, baby corn, and mushrooms to the pot. Stir to combine.

  7. 7

    Simmer the Curry

Cover the pot and let the curry simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the meat is cooked through.

  8. 8

    Finish with Peanut Butter

Stir in the peanut butter until fully dissolved. Taste and season with salt and black pepper as needed.

  9. 9

    Serve

Serve the Buddha Rama Curry hot over steamed rice or with naan bread.
