Brisket Philly Recipe

Prepare the Brisket
Rub the brisket with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.

Assemble the Sandwich
Slice the smoked brisket thinly. On each hoagie roll, layer the sliced brisket, sautéed onions, and bell peppers. Top with provolone cheese.

Melt the Cheese
Place the assembled sandwiches under a broiler for about 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve the Brisket Philly hot with fresh cut fries or house-made chips on the side.
