Prepare the Pork Cutlet
Season the pork cutlets with salt and black pepper. Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with bread crumbs.

Fry the Cutlets
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the breaded cutlets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Sandwich
Slice the pretzel buns in half and spread house aioli on both sides. Place a fried pork cutlet on the bottom half, followed by lettuce, tomato slices, and dill pickle slices. Top with the other half of the pretzel bun.

Serve the schnitzel sandwich with a side of tavern fries.
