Prepare the Pork Cutlets
Season the pork cutlets with salt and black pepper. Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and then coat with bread crumbs.

Fry the Cutlets
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Carefully add the breaded cutlets and fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Sandwich
Slice the pretzel buns in half. Spread a generous amount of house aioli on the bottom half. Place the pork schnitzel on top, followed by lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and dill pickle slices. Top with the other half of the bun.
