Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the middle, exposing the meat. Gently pull the meat out and place it on top of the shell.

  2. 2

    Season the Lobster

Brush the lobster meat with olive oil and season it with salt and black pepper. Place the lobster tails in a baking dish.

  3. 3

    Make the Sauces

In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic with Thai chili sauce and lime juice. In another bowl, combine melted butter with chili flakes and chopped cilantro.

  4. 4

    Roast the Lobster

Brush the garlic chili sauce mixture generously over the lobster meat. Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster is cooked through and opaque.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the lobster tails from the oven and drizzle the butter mixture over the top. Garnish with additional cilantro if desired and serve immediately.
