Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Finely chop the lemongrass, Thai chilies, ginger, red onion, and herbs. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Seabass

In a bowl, mix fish sauce, lime juice, and chopped ingredients. Marinate the seabass fillets in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Heat the Oil

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

  4. 4

    Fry the Seabass

Carefully add the marinated seabass fillets to the skillet. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Garnish

While the fish is frying, mix the roasted peanuts, roasted coconut flakes, and remaining herbs in a small bowl.

  6. 6

    Serve

Once the seabass is cooked, plate it and top with the peanut and coconut mixture. Serve immediately.
