Method
Prepare the Meat

Cook the Ground Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Stir in taco seasoning and follow the package instructions to incorporate it into the meat. Add a bit of water if necessary.
Assemble the Burrito

Lay Out Tortilla
Place the large flour tortilla on a clean surface or a large plate.

Add Fillings
In the center of the tortilla, layer the cooked rice, seasoned ground beef, black beans, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, chopped lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
Wrap the Burrito

Fold the Tortilla
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the fillings, then roll it from the bottom up to enclose all the ingredients.

Ensure the burrito is tightly wrapped to prevent the fillings from spilling out.
Serve

Slice the burrito in half diagonally and serve immediately with extra salsa on the side if desired.
