Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare Ice Cream Balls

Scoop the vanilla bean ice cream into 4 equal balls and place them on a baking sheet. Freeze for at least 2 hours until solid.

  2. 2

    Prepare Coating

In a bowl, crush the corn flakes and mix with cinnamon sugar. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. In a third bowl, place the all-purpose flour.

Frying

  1. 3

    Heat Oil

In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 4

    Coat Ice Cream Balls

Take the frozen ice cream balls out of the freezer. Roll each ball in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with the cinnamon sugar corn flakes.

  3. 5

    Deep Fry

Carefully place the coated ice cream balls in the hot oil and fry for about 30 seconds or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate and Serve

Place the fried ice cream balls on a plate, top with whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate and raspberry sauce, and serve with flour chips on the side.
