Beef Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Slice the ribeye steak into thin strips against the grain. Season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak strips and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté the sliced onion and bell pepper for about 5 minutes until they are soft and slightly caramelized.

  4. 4

    Combine and Melt Cheese

Return the cooked steak to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Place the provolone cheese on top and cover the skillet. Allow the cheese to melt for about 2-3 minutes.
