Method

Preparation

1

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2

Prepare Mushrooms

Clean the Portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Gently scoop out some of the gills to create more space for the filling.

Cheese Filling

3

Mix Cheese Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined and creamy.

4

Stuff Mushrooms

Spoon the cheese filling generously into each Portobello mushroom cap, ensuring they are well filled.

Topping and Baking

5

Prepare Topping

In a small bowl, mix together bread crumbs, olive oil, and grated Parmesan cheese until the crumbs are evenly coated.

6

Top and Bake

Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over each stuffed mushroom. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the topping is golden brown.

7

Serve

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your stuffed mushrooms warm!
