Wash the green bell peppers thoroughly under running water. Cut off the tops and bottoms, then slice them into rings about 1/2 inch thick. Remove the seeds and any white membranes from the inside.

In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
