Prepare the salmon
Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Make the mustard-honey glaze
In a small bowl, mix together the whole grain mustard and honey until well combined.

Sear the salmon
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets skin-side down and sear for about 4-5 minutes.

Prepare the lingonberry sauce
In a small saucepan, heat the lingonberry jam over low heat until melted and warm.

Serve
Plate the salmon and drizzle the warm lingonberry sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately.
