Cauliflower
Blue Cheese Dressing
Method
Cauliflower Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). This high temperature will help to achieve a crispy texture.
- 2
Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower head. Cut it into bite-sized florets and place them in a large bowl.
- 3
Season the Cauliflower
Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower florets. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
- 4
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
- 5
Add Buffalo Sauce
Once the cauliflower is roasted, remove it from the oven and place it back in the bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over it and toss until all the florets are well coated.
- 6
Final Bake
Return the buffalo-coated cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Blue Cheese Dressing Preparation
- 7
Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 8
Mix Well
Using a fork, mash the blue cheese into the mixture until well combined but still slightly chunky for texture.
- 9
Chill
Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
