Prepare the Shrimp

In a mixing bowl, season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.

Take small portions of kataifi dough and separate them carefully. You can use your hands or a fork to fluff them up.

Take a shrimp and wrap it in a small handful of kataifi dough, making sure to cover it entirely. Repeat with remaining shrimp.
Fry the Shrimp

Fry the shrimp for about 3-4 minutes, or until the kataifi is golden brown and crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Make the Wasabi Aioli

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, wasabi paste, lemon juice, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Serve

Serve the fried shrimp hot with a side of wasabi aioli for dipping.
