Shrimp (no Head) - Lunch Boil Recipe
Enjoy our 1/2 lb seafood boils for lunch with 1 corn & 1 potato, Monday - Friday, before 3pm! 1/2 lb of juicy shrimp (no head), cooked to perfection and tossed with one of our made-to-order Mr. & Mrs. Crab Special Sauces!

Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all ingredients, including shrimp, corn on the cob, potato, and seasonings.

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.

Cook the Corn
Once the water is boiling, add the corn on the cob and boil for 5 minutes.

Add the Potato
After 5 minutes, add the medium potato to the pot and continue boiling for an additional 10 minutes.

Add the Shrimp
After the potato has boiled for 10 minutes, add the 1/2 lb of shrimp to the pot. Boil for an additional 3-5 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

Season the Boil
Once cooked, carefully drain the boiling water from the pot. Return the shrimp, corn, and potato to the pot, and add 1 tablespoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of Mr. & Mrs. Crab Special Sauce. Toss everything together until evenly coated.

Serve
Plate the shrimp, corn, and potato. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your seafood boil!
