Preparation

Prepare the Broth

1. Make the Broth

In a large pot, heat the chicken or vegetable broth over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

Taste the broth and season with salt and black pepper according to your preference. Let it simmer on low heat while you prepare the shrimp and noodles.
