Preparation

1

Prepare the Seafood

Rinse the shrimp, mussels, calamari, and crab legs under cold water to remove any debris. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

2

Make the Marinade

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

3

Marinate the Seafood

Add the shrimp, mussels, and calamari to the marinade. Toss to coat evenly and let it sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

4

Prepare the Crab Legs

If using frozen crab legs, make sure they are thawed. You can steam them for 5-7 minutes or serve them cold.

Cooking

5

Cook the Seafood

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp, mussels, and calamari to the skillet. Cook until shrimp are pink and mussels open, about 5-7 minutes.

6

Arrange on Platter

Once cooked, remove the skillet from heat. Arrange the cooked seafood and crab legs on a large serving platter.

Serving

7

Garnish the Platter

Garnish the seafood platter with lemon wedges, fresh dill, and a bowl of cocktail sauce on the side.

8

Serve and Enjoy

Serve the Big Eats Platter immediately, allowing guests to enjoy the assorted seafood.
