Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Start by gathering all the ingredients. Ensure the shrimp are peeled and deveined. Chop the sausage into bite-sized pieces. If using fresh corn, remove the kernels from the cob. Wash and cut the potatoes into quarters.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Boil the Potatoes and Corn

In a large pot, fill with water and bring to a boil. Add the quartered potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the corn to the pot and continue boiling for another 5 minutes.

  2. 3

    Add Sausage and Shrimp

After the potatoes and corn are cooked, add the chopped sausage to the pot and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Then, gently add the shrimp and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink and opaque.

  3. 4

    Boil the Eggs

In a separate small pot, bring water to a boil. Carefully add the eggs and boil for about 8-10 minutes for hard-boiled eggs. Once done, remove from heat and place in cold water to stop the cooking process.

  4. 5

    Combine and Serve

Once everything is cooked, drain the pot and transfer the seafood and vegetables to a large serving dish. Peel the boiled eggs and cut them in half. Place them on top of the seafood mix and drizzle with the Mr. & Mrs. Crab House sauce before serving.
