Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Vegetables
Start by cleaning the corn and potato. Remove the husk from the corn and scrub the potato under running water to remove any dirt.
- 2
Boil Water
Fill a large pot with water (about 4-5 quarts) and bring it to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, add salt and Old Bay seasoning to the water.
Cooking
- 3
Cook the Vegetables
Add the potato to the boiling water first, as it takes longer to cook. Cook for about 10 minutes, then add the corn and continue to boil for another 5-7 minutes or until both are tender.
- 4
Add the Clams
Next, add the clams to the pot. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until the clams open up. Discard any clams that do not open.
Serving
- 5
Combine and Serve
Once the clams are cooked, drain the water and transfer the clams, corn, and potato to a serving platter. Drizzle with Mr. & Mrs. Crab Special Sauce and sprinkle with black pepper before serving.
