Brownies

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

  2. 2

    Melt Butter and Chocolate

In a medium saucepan, melt 1 cup of unsalted butter and 1 cup of white chocolate chips over low heat, stirring until smooth.

  3. 3

    Mix Sugars

Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of granulated sugar and 1 cup of brown sugar until well combined.

  4. 4

    Add Eggs and Vanilla

Add 4 large eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in 1 tsp of vanilla extract.

  5. 5

    Combine Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 0.5 tsp of salt, and 0.5 tsp of baking powder.

  6. 6

    Combine Mixtures

Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

  7. 7

    Bake

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  8. 8

    Cool

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares.

    Heat Cream

In a small saucepan, heat 0.5 cup of heavy cream over medium heat until just simmering.
