Coating the Chicken

In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cornstarch, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, ensuring a thorough coating. Shake off excess flour.

Frying the Chicken
