Method
Prepare the Tofu Filling
- 1
Press the Tofu
Begin by pressing the firm tofu to remove excess moisture. Wrap the tofu in a clean kitchen towel and place a heavy object on top. Let it sit for about 15-20 minutes.

- 3
Coat the Tofu
After marinating, sprinkle cornstarch over the tofu cubes and toss gently until evenly coated.
- 4
Cook the Tofu
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the coated tofu cubes. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the tofu is golden brown and crispy.
- 5
Add Vegetables
Add the diced bell pepper, grated carrot, and chopped green onions to the pan. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- 6
Add Cashews
Finally, stir in the chopped cashews and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
Assemble the Wraps
