Prepare Taco Shells

Fry Wonton Wrappers
Carefully place 2-3 wonton wrappers at a time in the hot oil. Fry for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove them and drain on paper towels.

Shape the Shells
While still warm, gently shape the fried wonton wrappers into taco shells by bending them into a U-shape. Allow them to cool completely.

Mix Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the diced ahi tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, sliced green onions, sriracha sauce, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until combined.

Chill
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Assemble Tacos

Fill Taco Shells
Take the cooled taco shells and fill each with the chilled tuna mixture, distributing evenly among the shells.

Top each taco with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
