Mix Marinade Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, grated ginger, sesame oil, lime juice, and honey. Whisk until well blended.
Prepare Tuna

Marinate Tuna
Place the sushi grade ahi tuna in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

Sear Tuna
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove tuna from marinade and sear for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until the outside is cooked and the center remains rare. Remove from heat and let rest.

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the edamame beans, sliced avocado, and snap peas. Toss gently to combine.

Slice Tuna
Slice the seared tuna into thin strips.

Serve
Top the salad with the sliced tuna, sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the top if desired, and serve immediately.
