Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Cold Brewed Tea
Start by brewing your tea of choice (black, green, or herbal) in cold water for about 4-6 hours. After brewing, strain the tea to remove the leaves and chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- 2
Juice the Grapefruit
Cut the grapefruit in half and use a citrus juicer to extract about 120 ml of fresh grapefruit juice. Strain it if you prefer a pulp-free drink.
- 3
Juice the Pineapple
If using fresh pineapple, peel and chop it into chunks. Blend the chunks until smooth, then strain to get about 60 ml of pineapple juice.
Mixing
- 4
Combine the Ingredients
In a large glass or cocktail shaker, add 120 ml of fresh grapefruit juice, 60 ml of pineapple juice, and the prepared cold brewed tea. Stir gently to mix.
- 5
Add Ginger Beer
Top the mixture with 240 ml of Fever-Tree Ginger Beer for a refreshing fizz. Stir gently to combine without losing the carbonation.
Serving
- 6
Prepare the Glass
Fill a serving glass with ice cubes (about 1 cup).
- 7
Garnish and Serve
Pour the rosemary grapefruit tonic mixture over the ice. Garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary and a slice of grapefruit on the rim. Serve immediately and enjoy!
