Dumplings Preparation

Make the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, green onions, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.

Fill the Wrappers
Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the pork mixture in the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it over to form a triangle or a pouch, and press to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
Cooking the Dumplings

Steam the Dumplings
Place the dumplings in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper. Steam over boiling water for about 10-12 minutes or until the pork is fully cooked and the wrappers are translucent.

Mix the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine ponzu sauce and chili oil. Stir well to combine and set aside.
