Cooking the Pasta

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil.

Add Pasta
Once the water is boiling, add 8 cups of pasta and a teaspoon of salt. Stir occasionally.

Cook Pasta
Cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.

Drain and Set Aside
Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander and set aside.
Preparing the Vegetables

Chop Vegetables
While the pasta is cooking, chop the red bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

Mince Garlic
Peel and mince the garlic cloves.

Sauté Garlic
In a large skillet, heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Vegetables
Add the chopped red bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, and broccoli to the skillet. Stir and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Add Spinach and Tomatoes
Add the cherry tomatoes and spinach to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts.
Combining Ingredients

Combine Pasta and Vegetables
Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the vegetables. Toss everything together to combine.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss again to ensure even distribution.

Serve with Parmesan
Serve the Pasta Primavera warm, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
