    Add Pasta

Once the water is boiling, add 8 cups of pasta and a teaspoon of salt. Stir occasionally.

  3. 3

    Cook Pasta

Cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Drain and Set Aside

Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander and set aside.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 5

    Chop Vegetables

While the pasta is cooking, chop the red bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 6

    Mince Garlic

Peel and mince the garlic cloves.

Cooking the Vegetables

    Sauté Garlic

In a large skillet, heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
