Pasta Preparation

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Combine Cream and Cheese
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the grated Grana Padano cheese, salt, and black pepper. Continue stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Toss the Pasta
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with the minced garlic and chopped parsley until well combined.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the baguette halves on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
