Choose Your Juice
Select one or a combination of the juices: pineapple, orange, or grapefruit. You can use fresh juice or store-bought.

Chill the Sparkling Wine
Ensure the sparkling wine is chilled. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Mixing

Combine Juice and Wine
In a champagne flute, pour in 1 part of your chosen juice (about 4 ounces) and top it off with 2 parts sparkling wine (about 8 ounces).

Garnish (Optional)
Add a slice of fresh fruit or a few mint leaves to each flute for garnish, if desired.
Serving

Serve Immediately
Serve the mimosas immediately while the sparkling wine is still bubbly. Enjoy your refreshing drink!
