Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Shake off excess water and dry with a salad spinner or pat dry with paper towels. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Add the Croutons and Parmesan
Sprinkle the croutons evenly over the romaine lettuce. Grate the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it generously over the top.

Make the Caesar Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, and Dijon mustard. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.

Taste the dressing and add salt and black pepper to your liking. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
Combine and Serve

Combine Salad and Dressing
Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the romaine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
