1. Press the Tofu
Wrap the firm tofu in a clean kitchen towel and place it on a plate. Put a heavy object on top (like a skillet) to press out excess moisture for about 15-20 minutes.

Once pressed, crumble the tofu into small pieces and place it in a large mixing bowl. Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, chopped green onions, diced red bell pepper, and grated carrot. Drizzle with sesame oil and mix well to combine.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the tofu mixture and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through and slightly golden.

In a small bowl, combine the vegan mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth and well blended.

Take a butter lettuce leaf and spoon a generous amount of the tofu filling into the center. Drizzle with the spicy vegan mayo, then fold the leaf over to create a wrap.
