Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Cook the Eggs

In a frying pan over medium heat, crack the eggs and cook them to your desired doneness (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.). Season with salt and pepper if desired.

Meats

  1. 2

    Cook the Jalapeño Pork Sausage

In the same frying pan, add the jalapeño pork sausage, breaking it into smaller pieces. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

  2. 3

    Cook the Smoked Bacon

In another pan, cook the smoked bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Home Fries

  1. 4

    Prepare the Home Fries

Dice the potatoes, onion, and bell pepper into small pieces. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 5

    Cook the Home Fries

Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden and crispy. Add the onion and bell pepper halfway through cooking.

Roasted Tomato

  1. 6

    Roast the Tomato

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the tomato in half, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized.

Toast

  1. 7

    Toast the Bread

While everything is cooking, toast the multi-grain bread slices. Spread butter on top if desired.
