Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1-inch cubes.

Season and Coat
In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated.
Cooking Chicken

Fry the Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the coated chicken pieces in a single layer and fry for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together Thai chili paste, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and minced garlic until well combined.
Combine and Garnish

Toss Chicken in Sauce
In a large bowl, combine the fried chicken pieces with the prepared chili sauce. Toss until the chicken is well coated.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the coated chicken for garnish before serving.
