Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Brew the Tea

Start by brewing your choice of tea (black or green) and let it cool to room temperature or refrigerate it until chilled.

  2. 2

    Juice the Grapefruit

Juice fresh grapefruits until you have 120 ml of grapefruit juice. Strain if necessary to remove pulp.

  3. 3

    Prepare Pineapple Juice

If using fresh pineapple, blend it and strain to obtain 60 ml of pineapple juice. Otherwise, use store-bought pineapple juice.

Mixing

  1. 4

    Combine the Juices and Tea

In a large glass or cocktail shaker, combine 120 ml of grapefruit juice, 60 ml of pineapple juice, and 120 ml of cold brewed tea. Stir or shake gently to mix.

  2. 5

    Add Ginger Beer

Pour in 240 ml of Fever-Tree ginger beer and stir gently to combine, taking care not to lose the carbonation.

Serving

  1. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a slice of grapefruit. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Rosemary Grapefruit Tonic!
