Crostini Preparation

    Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Slice the Baguette

    Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.

    Prepare the Garlic Oil

    In a small bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic cloves.

    Brush the Baguette

    Brush each slice of baguette with the garlic oil and sprinkle with salt.

    Bake the Crostini

    Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Roasting Tomatoes

    In a mixing bowl, toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.

    Spread the tomatoes on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until they are blistered and caramelized.

Feta Mixture Preparation

    In a bowl, crumble the feta cheese and mix it with chopped fresh basil, parsley, olive oil, and lemon juice.
