In a mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well blended.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the halved Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and drizzle them with the glaze mixture. Toss to ensure the sprouts are evenly coated.
