Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Fruits
Wash the oranges, grapefruit, and pineapple under cold water. Peel the oranges and grapefruit, removing as much of the white pith as possible. Cut the pineapple in half, remove the skin, and chop the flesh into small chunks.
- 2
Juicing
Using a juicer, extract the juice from the oranges, grapefruit, and pineapple. If you don’t have a juicer, you can use a blender and strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
- 3
Mixing
In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed juices. Add water and stir to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding honey or agave syrup as desired.
- 4
Serving
Serve the juice over ice cubes in glasses. Garnish with a slice of orange or grapefruit on the rim of the glass if desired.
