Method

Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  2. 2

    Add Crab and Seasonings

Gently fold in the lump crab meat, aged white cheddar, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped green onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.

  3. 3

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the crab mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

  4. 4

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly on top.

Crostini Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Baguette

While the dip is baking, slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.

  2. 6

    Season the Crostini

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Brush the mixture on both sides of each baguette slice.

  3. 7

    Toast the Crostini

Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
