Dip Preparation

Prepare the Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add Crab and Seasonings
Gently fold in the lump crab meat, aged white cheddar, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped green onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.

Transfer to Baking Dish
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the crab mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly on top.
Crostini Preparation

Prepare the Baguette
While the dip is baking, slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.

Season the Crostini
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Brush the mixture on both sides of each baguette slice.

Toast the Crostini
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
